Kids Yoga Ages 3-10

Please join us for our next kids yoga series focused on playful movement and imagination through games, music and storytelling. We will introduce the basic foundations of meditation and breath as tools to focus and relax.
Classes are 45 minutes. Mats are provided. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
6 Tuesdays – January 10th – February 14th 4-4:45PM
***Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay and participate/observe OR drop off.
