Winter Yoga Series for Families

Come get cozy with your kiddos during this special yoga program. We’ll spend time learning what it means to be grateful this time of year through stories, fun games, and of course – yoga poses! Children and families will learn calming breathing techniques, fun partner poses, and more, all while celebrating the love and gratitude that is often felt this time of year. Recommended for kids ages 4-10 and their special grown ups.
